About Us
Springing from a desire to do physical historical tours throughout the Old Northwest Territory, we have changed our focus and are now offering virtual tours through our photography, graphics, DVD-Travel Tours, History DVDs, and books. We decided that our name, Old Northwest Frontier Tours, still applies to what we are doing, so we have kept the name.
Barbara Smits, writer and photographer, and Larry Schoenleber, graphic artist, working under the name DID YOU KNOW? MEDIA, endeavor to create a variety of works that fill a historical, educational, artistic and inspirational need. We live in the Old Northwest Territory near Green Bay, WI, so much of our effort is centered in the Old Northwest region. It holds enough adventure and interesting places to keeps us busy for a lifetime, and we hope that it will be of great interest to you.
We offer educational material for teachers, complete with Teacher's Guides. We keep expanding our offerings in this category, focusing on a broad list of subjects. We offer graphic art prints for framing.
Barbara Smits also does inspirational writing, poetry, and photography that has no boundaries except the spirit.
Larry Schoenleber excels in historical and western subject matter and has a great love for the George Armstrong Custer period of the Old West.
